I got given this by a friend as she had received a mini one as a free gift. I would only rate this product as OK for me but it depends what you are looking to achieve from a mascara. I love the tapered brush for getting to all lashes and it does give a lengthening 'doll eye' effect. However it didn't add much volume at all and lashes looked a bit spidery and thin, and some stuck together. It smudged under my eyes quickly and I kept having to check for touching up. This seems different to many of the other reviews so maybe it was my combination of products!?

This is a really fantastic mascara to apply - it has a spiky brush that really separates and lengthens lashes and I love the way it makes my eyelashes look.
However, unlike all the other reviewers below, I find that this really smudges after a few hours of wear. I have to keep checking that I haven't got big smudges under my eyes, which I have to wipe away and it leaves me with a dark mess under my eyes. Sadly, for this reason alone, I wouldn't repurchase.

This is a brilliant mascara. It's completely waterproof and won't budget even in the shower. It's buildable and I have been asked if I'm wearing false lashes. Only down fall is the fact that it is so waterproof u need to use a really good oil based eye makeup remover to get it off.

I love this mascara. It's great for every day but is also very buildable and gives great fullness so can easily transform your look from day to night. It has lasted me a long time and doesn't appear to be drying up. It's not clumpy or too wet and the bristles on the brush glide through your lashes easily. Will definitely repurchase.

Brought this in duty free and loved it! Haven't repurchased it as I have had others but think this gives a real doll eye effect, it fans the lashes out and gives a feminine volumised look.

This mascara is amazing! It is easily layerable to go from day to night and it adds so much volume to lashes. Also I love that Lancôme have scented it like roses!

I am in my late teens/early 20's with acne/problem, light tone skin and hazel eyes. My hair is medium brown, oily with normal texture.
This mascara does a good day time look with 1 layer & then with another layer or 2 looks well for night time. It doesn't flake off, nor look clumpy if you take your time applying it. It's probably the best mascara I've used.

I purchased this for shape of the brush, narrow one end to get the inner and outer lashes, and fat in the middle to fully coat the lash effortlessly. Its rich black and I found one coat was enough to give a fake lash effect, it separated them and gave volume, however two coats looked a bit clumpy. It lasts all day, does not flake or smudge, and was still easy to remove with cleansing wipes.
