Maybelline The Falsies Instant Lash Lift Look Lengthening Volumising Mascara

My lashes don't hold curl at all but with this they hold for hours. Even when I don't curl my lashes and just jump to mascara they still look curled with volume. Doesn't clump or smudge.

I love this mascara! I’ve tried out so many as youtube is my hobby so a lot have come my way (search ‘Chloe Luckin’ on youtube) I tested this out when it was first released on my channel - paid for it myself - and was blown away as soon as I tried it! It makes my lashes super long, thick and full, and I don’t need to wear falsies when I wear this because it actually looks like I’m wearing them. It doesn’t smudge or flake during the day, but it will start to come off if you have hay fever and your eyes water a lot but doesn’t run usually if you don’t have watery eyes. Very affordable and comes off easily with my garnier micellar water. I’ve always been obsessed with the Bad Gal Bang, and L’Oreal Bambi Eyes but this takes the cake. I’ve kept this in rotation alongside Chanel Le Volume and Primark False Lash Queen. I just wish they had a waterproof version then this would be perfect for trips and with my hay fever in summer! I picked this up in the 3 for 2 deal and I am pleasantly surprised by how good it is. I have short lashes and this definitely makes them more noticeable. The applicator is quite large, however the mascara does not clump on it and therefore I can apply it easily enough. I usually do two coats on my lashes and it sits evenly and is of a nice consistency. It is extremely long lasting and I have never had it smudge or transfer. I would definitely purchase this again.

I had high hopes for this mascara however it didn’t hit the mark. Don’t get me wrong it wasn’t bad. It is an OK mascara. But it doesn’t stand up to the claims made. It is described as a ‘quick hassle free solution to add drama, length and lift.’ My issue is that it was so messy to use. The applicator is so big and clunky you can’t help but get mascara all over your lids. This then required a lot of patience to clean up without ruining the look.

Tried this mascara as an alternative to my benefit bang one, not bad but still not doing it for me! I found that it didn’t define my lashes as much as others I have had. I also found the wand a little on the larger side which can be difficult for lower lash and corners. Tend to just use this one if I’m in a rush and not wearing much make up. Still on the hunt for a budget mascara to beat my beneift one! If anyone has any suggestions let me know 😊

I loved the length this mascara added to my lashes and it didn’t have a clumpy feeling to it. I’m not a massive fan of the applicator though I found it quite difficult to do my lower lash line without getting mascara on my skin.. all in all a good mascara for the price and I would buy it again.

I have lashes that are long and a little straight, and like a mascara that can lift and curl them – I had high hopes for this mascara. Unfortunately, I was a little disappointed as it didn’t give the lift or look that I get with one coat of Benefit BADgal Bang. Maybe its me because I found the brush strange and hard to apply the mascara, I didn’t feel the pull and lift of my lashes that I get with BADgal Bang. It was Ok at the outer corners to apply but I couldn’t work out the best way to hold the brush to apply mascara to the inner corner without poking myself in the eye which I did. I did like the blackness of the mascara, but I just didn’t get my lashes almost touching my eyebrow. Sorry Maybelline not for me.
