Packaging is basic but typical of Maybelline. Affordable. I have a few shades of these. They work really well as an eyeshadow primer as a base prior to eyeshadow application. I do have some brighter shades which don’t work really as a primer. It’s a creamy texture. Blends well. If used as an eyeshadow primer I find it’s a good base for eyeshadow helping it to stay in place longer. I would recommend this product and repurchase more from the range. Show less
