In terms of coverage, it is medium not full, but gives a good, natural looking finish. You definitely need a concealer to cover any red marks etc, though. It looks great when just applied, but I don't think it wears very well. By lunch time my greasy bits look shiny and my dry patches look flaky. My skin is pretty fussy so I am a tough tester though!
