If you are looking for an affordable retinol product that is readily available of the high street then this is my pick. It is gentle and I have never suffered any irritation as a result, I did get a little peeling when I first started to use it I know the active ingredient is in there plus you can smell it! I actually quite like the smell. It is quickly absorbed into the skin and leaves no oily residue or barrier on the skin. I do like to worship at the alter of French skin care and I think the La Roche Posay redermic range is a great addition to my skin care regimen. Show less
