I used this in conjunction with the hot cloth cleanser and my skins tone has improved as I have fewer bumps and a much smoother surface. I can't say for sure if that is due to this or the cleanser or both. The problem I have is recently my spots have come back and this is frustrating as I was really thinking these products together had eliminated my spots. Will probably buy again and hope for results like before. It smells fresh and pleasant and is not tingly or drying on the skin. You get a lot of product but it isn't cheap. Show less
