I started off using the lesser strength retinods and worked up to this as it can cause dryness and peeling. I have been using The ordinary retinods for about 10 years and I think that's why I look 10 years younger than I am! On a cellular level, retinods are one of the only ingredients that can penetrate the skin layers and help to regenerate collagen and elastin production! So even if you don't bother with anything else I would definitely recommend a retinol product specifically by the ordinary as this ones concentration of 2% is of the highest you can get without a prescription!
