I bought this recently alongside Umberto Giannini's new Curl Care and Curl Wash shampoo and conditioner. All of these products are cruelty free and vegan! I leave this on in the shower maybe once a week after shampooing for a minute or more (normally while I'm shaving my legs or some other time-consuming in-shower task) before rinsing off and later diffusing. My curls are definitely more defined and in better condition, and the product smells great on my hair. I would absolutely recommend adding this to your hair-washing routine for you curly girls!
