Nars Natural Radiant Longwear Foundation

This is such a beautiful foundation and glides on so smoothly. Evens out my skin pigmentation. They have such a wide range of shades too. The consistency is more watery than thick but I’m fine with that. It has no scent which I love

Being a beauty blogger and makeup artist I try ALOT of foundations and I always go back to this one. Amazing coverage, stays on all day and night and an amazing range of shades. My go too foundation. I use shade Barcelona.

I had heard so much about this range I decided to give this foundation a go and to my delight I was not disappointed. I usually begin by applying with my foundation brush and then I take a little bit on a beauty blender and pat some in, this ensures excellent coverage. Although I am essentially applying it twice I do not use a lot of product as a little goes a long way. The finish is excellent and does give a radiant glow. My face looks so natural and smooth with this foundation. I was also able to purchase it from lookfantastic with 20% off which was an added bonus. I would definitely by it again only I think I would go for a darker shade as the one I order is a little pale even for me with fair skin. Nonetheless I love this product.

I love Estée Lauder double wear but I wanted something with the same staying power but with a little radiance for the summer so I decided to try this. I don’t think you can review foundation on 1 wear so I decided to review it following 3 days of wearing the foundation differently. FYI I have dehydrated/normal skin. I used the same skin care regime for the 3 days. Remember to shake Foundation bottle before each use otherwise it’s watery. Day 1 - Applied with brush then a sponge, no primer, set with powder. I did not feel the brush gave much coverage at all so went over with damp beauty blender and it covered beautifully. Straight away can notice the radiance and good coverage. I used setting powder which unfortunately made my skin look a little dry. Foundation did stay all day. I did an intense workout and foundation remained in place but obviously looked a lot more shiny which is expected .. healthy glow though. Day 2, primer used, sponge, Dewy setting spray. Applied beautifully again with the damp beauty blender. I found that after approximately 7 hours the foundation separated. I feel this was due to the primer not being great or right for this foundation and also I used a dewy setting spray. I wasn’t that impressed with it that day at all. Day 3 - no primer, sponge and Revolution matte Setting spray. The foundation applied so well. Actually only needed one coat and just touched up on a few areas to provide even more coverage. Make up applied beautifully over it. I used the matte spray and no setting powder. My skin had a gorgeous healthy glow - did not look cakey or too much coverage. Definitely will apply it this way each time. We all have different skin so I would take a few days to try different applications and products but I’m pretty sure whether you have normal/dry, combination or oily skin you can make this foundation work for you. NARS May even still have 20% off at present ;)

Perfect for a natural glow look. Personally I prefer more of a full coverage than what this gives. Id say it’s full potential with an additional coat / two it’s a medium build coverage. At the same time need to be careful not to apply too many layers, as I find it doesn’t stick to parts of the face and gives of too much of a glow / borderline wet look.

I love this foundation. The formula is lightweight and not cakey and the coverage is medium but buildable. It looks so natural and radiant on the skin but still covers what needs to be covered, You don’t need a lot of product either so it will last you quite a while. The shade range is brilliant and the packaging is minimal and sleek. The wear time is a little less than other foundations I’ve tried but I’m definitely not complaining. Overall a really great foundation.

I have had this foundation since January and it’s still going strong! You don’t need a lot of product to put on your face one little bit goes a long way! For the price, I think the foundation is not too bad but I need to try something at a similar price just to see which ones better for coverage etc. Am definitely going to purchase again!

This is my favourite foundation- it’s not perfect but it’s better than all the others I’ve tried may factor,Rommel,L’Oréal , maybeline ,mac,no 7 I’m new to Nars products be really like them’ it definitely minimises pores although my fine lines look the same no better and no worse, it lasts a good 6 hours before it starts to get a bit greasy, light wait and good coverage

You don't need much a little goes a long way, this actually lasts all day. Transfer resistant also makes it a great wear, this is my current go to foundation it's great for combination skin, you definitely need to shake it first though.

This is my go-to foundation for my brides as i want them to look radiant and healthy. The foundation photographs so well, just like any other nars foundation! 100% recommend, especially for dry skin as it doesn't stick to any dry patches.
