Bond Builder Lipid Shield replenishes lost essential oils which coat each hair strand, protecting the cuticle against dryness and damage caused by factors such as UV and heat. Inspired by the hair's natural lipid shield, this fast-absorbing, non-greasy formula contains biomimetic ingredients and lightweight oils to restore your hair's first line of defence and protect bonds in the cortex. To use: Shake well before use. Gently tilt the bottle and tap the base to dispense 5-6 drops into the palm of your hand. Apply to mid-lengths and ends of towel-dried hair. Short, fine, or unprocessed hair may require fewer drops. Long, coarse, or heavily processed hair may require more. Start with a smaller amount and add more as needed. Use every 2-3 washes to restore the hair's lipid layer. Very dry or damaged hair can use more frequently. If ends feel particularly dry, 1-2 drops can be smoothed through the hair after styling. Can also be applied to dry hair and left overnight, then shampooed out in the morning. Ingredients: Coco-Caprylate, C15-19 Alkane, Ethyl Trisiloxane, Bis-Cetearyl Amodimethicone, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil, Jojoba Esters, Cetyl Alcohol, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Wax, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Stearic Acid, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Parfum (Fragrance), Behentrimonium Methosulfate, C10-40 Isoalkylamidopropylethyldimonium Ethosulfate, Behenyl/Stearyl Aminopropanediol Esters, Propanediol, Amaranthus Caudatus (Velvet Flower) Seed Extract, Limonene, Camellia Japonica Seed Oil, Diisostearyl Malate, Salvia Hispanica (Chia) Seed Oil, Hydrolyzed Yeast Protein, Polyglycerin-3, Tocopherol, Gamma-Docosalactone, Tocopheryl Acetate, Aqua/Water/Eau, Linalool, Hydrogenated Castor Oil/Sebacic Acid Copolymer, Citronellol, Butylene Glycol, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Extract, Bis-4-PCA Dimethicone, Citral, 1,2-Hexanediol, Aminomethyl Propanol, Disodium PEG-12 Dimethicone Sulfosuccinate, Biosaccharide Gum-4. Philip Kingsley's bottles and tubes are crafted from either sugarcane bioplastic or Post-Consumer Recycled (PCR) plastic. Sugarcane bioplastic is the first plastic ever made from a fully renewable origin, and, even better than this, to make it they actually reduce the world's carbon in the process. PCR plastic reuses single-use plastics (such as drinks bottles and packaging) which would otherwise be disposed of in landfill sites, greatly reducing landfill waste and plastic pollution. It also uses less energy and fossil fuels, protecting the environment from excess pollution, greenhouse gas emissions, and overuse of resources.
