Shake well before use and apply 5-6 drops to the mid-lengths and ends of towel-dried hair. Depending on the length and thickness of your hair, adjust the amount accordingly. Use every 2-3 washes to fully restore your hair's lipid layer. For very dry or damaged hair, apply more frequently.
If your ends feel particularly dry, apply 1-2 drops after styling as a finishing touch. You can even apply it to dry hair and leave it in overnight, then shampoo it out in the morning.
