This is like a thick lotion and is slightly gritty. It tingles quite a bit when you put it on. And if you don't wash your hands it will colour then slightly orange and your pillow! Because it is quite thick it doesn't last as long as other formulas. I haven't noticed major benefits so the cons outway the pros for me and I won't repurchase.
