I was really disappointed with this product. I usually use the lancome eye make up remover or a no7 one and I expected this to be on the same level as the lancome one! Unfortunately my waterproof mascara was too stubborn for it to remove and I also didn’t like how my skin felt after using it. I also got stingy eyes

I am in my late 30's/early 40's with combination, fair tone skin and hazel eyes. My hair is blonde, combination with normal texture.
Tried a sample of this product. It is gentle and very effective. A little bit goes a long way for removing mascara. Wouldn't buy the full sized product because it's expensive

I am in my late teens/early 20's with combination, light tone skin and brown eyes. My hair is dark brown, processed with fine texture.
I am obsessed with this stuff! I was never fond of part oil part water based products but this stuff really works wonders. It gently removes your eye makeup and makes you feel refreshed and clean. There's no need for excessive rubbing, it glides over the eyes and really shifts the most stubborn of eyeliners. It's so easy to use and my definite go to for removing my eye makeup.

I am in my late 30's/early 40's with combination, tanned tone skin and hazel eyes. My hair is medium brown, normal with normal texture.
This product is ok but it's hard to use as it dries up so quickly before you can even remove all your eye make-up so you have to keep adding more. Also it doesn't have much of a scent really which is a good sign for sensative skin/eyes but it is very expensive so not the product I would personally go for.
