Jeffree Star Cosmetics Velour Lip Scrubs

I was shocked to find how horrible this was, made my lips feel saw so I only used it once then threw it away

✨This has been a COVID face mask saviour! I use this every single morning to exfoliate the dead, dry skin, which is more than ever with having to wear a mask which feels like 24/7. The scrub itself is like sugar and not overly abrasive. I have the pancakes & syrup flavour, which is nice to scrub your slips with, as well put fresh a bit on your tongue and eat 😂 I’ve been using this for about 2 months now and still have half a pot left, so 12 quid is a pretty decent price with how long it lasts!

I love the texture of these lip scrubs they have a moisturising property as well as removing the dead skin on your lips. I have the strawberry and blue raspberry ones and they work really well. They are also edible and taste really nice which is an added bonus. I would recommend this product

first of all, it's vegan!!! I love vegan products a lot as they are always the healthiest options for a lip scrub. what I love about this scrub is you can eat it!!! it's fantastic and while I wouldn't eat it from the jar it's nice to know if I accidentally eat some it won't harm me at all. lovely product and an affordable price will definitely buy again

First of all I’m a huge JS fan, and have a slight addiction to buying JSC products. The lips scrubs are soooo good! My favourites are rainbow sherbet and blue raspberry sucker. I will actually just take a scoop just to eat 🙈 but seriously these are amazing make my lips feel so soft and perfect for prepping my lips before a liquid lipstick.

I didn't know if I would love this since it's quite pricey for a scrub, but firstly you pay for the name but also the massive amount of scrub that will last me a life time. I live the sceny of strawberry gum it smells exactly like hubba bubba which brings so many childhood memories. I live how it feels nice and exfoliating on the lips but not scratchy like some scrubs do. It not only gets rid of any dry skin but it also moisturises them. I love the sweet sugar taste with a hint of strawberry everything about this is perfect. Anyone that has dry lips, wears lots of drying lip products or just live smooth and soft lips needs this definetly worth the price. I just wanted to say a thank you to @glamgeekclaire for picking me to win this since I know can't live without it!

I recently received this Jeffree Star lip scrub from winning the review of the week competition(thanks a lot @GlamGeekClaire!❤️)and I am very proud to have won it and already falling in love with this product and I’ve only had it for a few days! Without a doubt it is the best scrub I’ve tried,being even better than the lush lip scrub which used to be my favourite.The reasons for this are that first of all the size of the pot is amazing! I was so shocked when I took it out of the box as the size of the pot is quite large for a lip scrub-it’s about two times bigger than the lush lip scrub meaning it will last a lot longer! The packaging is very cute with the iconic Jeffree Star logo on the lid,pink packaging and his signature gold star pattern around the edge of the lid🌟The lip scrub did the best at removing all the dry skin from my lips and leaving them super smooth! What I really like about the formula of this product is the fact that the sugar is quite finely granulated so it doesn’t feel rough at all when you scrub it round your lips! Also the oils in it are VERY nourishing on the lips👄 Moving on to taste and smell... I have the flavour ‘Mojito’ and when I smelt it at first I was a bit taken aback by the strong smell.Dont get me wrong,i don’t think it necessarily smells bad but for me it was a bit strange but I just guess thats just how mojitos smell.The taste however is very nice! It is sweet but not too sweet so it’s very enjoyable to lick it of your lips☺️ I really love this scrub and definitely recommend it!

I was one of the winners to win the lip scrub in mojito that I know love and won't be able to live without. The pot is so much bigger than expected which partly explains the price it is more than double the size of the lush lip scrub which I used to love. The lips scrubs sugar isn't to chunky making it very easy to use without it going everywhere (falling off the lips) while using it also means that it doesn't scratch(hurt to much) when being rubbed in. The lip scrub takes away any of my dry skin and really softens the lips very quickly. I don't have any oily resadue left after using it since its not to oily and it also doesn't crumble everywhere while being used since its not very dry. I love how it has a nice fresh and sweet scent but it isn't overpowering, and the flavour is sweet with a hint of mint(in the mojito lips scrub) but it doesn't stay in the mouth for ages. A little bit takes you a long way and because of the size of the pot it will last me ages with daily use. I have also tries it before applying my liquid lipstick and it made the liquid lip apply much more smoothly and felt less drying. The packaging is pink, with gold accents and white writing that represents jeffree stars line very well and I love how its not tested on animals and cruilty free. Worth the money highly recommend❤️❤️😍

I bought this as part of my beauty bay Black Friday haul! Well... I had high hopes anyway because let’s face it Jeffree Star is the QUEEEEN when it comes to make up and we know he rolls out amazing make up like it’s nothing. I ordered the watermelon one because I’m OBSESSED with all things watermelon. Well.. I literally opened the pot, died and went to heaven. The scent alone blew me away and already had a 10 off me.. soon as I tried it on my lips? Wow.. worked wonders. I have fairly dry lips and I feel like this helped almost straight away. I’m not just saying that because I love him and all things jeffree but I genuinely love this product. I also tried to see if his “you can eat it” theory was true and yup. It tastes like actual heaven if heaven was a taste. I like this product sooo much I’ve ordered a few more just 10 minutes ago😂Definitely recommend people while they’re soooo cheap too!!
