I haven't used the Mario Badescucl drying lotion so I can't compare them. But the solution and application sounds very similar and so are the ingredients. There is a pink sedament that you Dio a cotton bud into, then apply this to blemishes before bed. It stings a little on application. Smaller spots are drier by the morning. Larger spots take longer to alter. It's not a miracle cure for me but I do think it is speeding up the healing of spots. You do look like you've spotted tippex on your face though which amused my partner!
