Personally, I didn`t see any benefits to using this to prime my face. In fact I still remain unconvinced in general with regards to using primers. I find moisturiser does the same job if not better.

I am in my late 30's/early 40's with normal, fair tone skin and blue eyes. My hair is red, normal with normal texture.
I have another elf primer that i love but this one makes me break out, which is what its meant to stop! Everytime ive used it ive had a breakout and im sad cause i wanted to love this :(

The concept is great, a primer than can help control blemishes? What more could you ask for?
After applying this primer I have to admit my skin does look that little bit smoother, and the staying power of my makeup is greatly improved, but I definitely would not say it has helped on the blemish side of things. I mean, don't get me wrong, the primer is brilliant but yanno...Just At the things it's not quite advertised for?

When I saw this product, I was delighted - a primer specifically targeted for blemish control infused with vitamins, salicylic acid, and tea tree - things I knew would be good for skin like mine. Admittedly, I was a little surprised to see the directions for use on the product describing itself as a 'medication', and suggesting application 1-3 times a day; however, I guessed this product was something more than a standard primer, and I did want it to be blemish controlling after all, and it was! I also liked the way it disappeared into my skin without resulting in any drying or greasy effect.

OMG! This primer Is my absolute fave primer! I suffer with spots all the time but this helps my skin so much,I love wearing makeup but I hate wearing it if my skins bad which is why this primer is my best friend as it allows me to feel comfortable in my own skin even with blemishes. It actually stops me getting spots and wearing makeup actually makes my skin better due to this product. you can even just wear it as a spot cream so its basically a 2 in 1.it lasts such a long time I defo recommend to anyone with blemish prone skin as this honestly helps soo much!Plus its such an affordable price!
