If you are looking for a long lasting non waterproof mascara, this is it. It goes all day and no smudging. Added bonus the amazing brush for full and long lashes.

I am in my late 30's/early 40's with oily, light tone skin and blue eyes. My hair is blonde, processed with normal texture.
The first time I used this I found it left clumpy bits in my lashes so the next time I tried it I cleaned off the brush slightly and it worked much better. The wand takes a little getting used to but does leave the lashes looking thicker and longer. Also good for the lower lashes. I find the Urban Decay Perversion amazing and just less fussy to use so probably stick with that as my favourite.
