I have dropped the rating on this for the price as I think can get better eye or similar eye creams for less. It is a gel texture so isn’t too heavy so very refreshing! It is cooling and hydrating... I didn’t notice any difference in dark circles and for that reason I wouldn’t buy. I got a free sample and for that reason was very happy to use it! Show less
