Try a foaming cleanser and cloth I found that they really help when I get cystic acne!

I would try to work out what is causing it be it hormonal or a product then go from there. Can’t go wrong with taking of makeup good cleanser spot treatment gel/cream and an oil free moisturiser. If that doesn’t work doctors/ dermatologist? Hope it improves for you!
