Nothing Magic about this "magic cream" One thing Charlotte tilbury does well, is marketing. She doesn't scrimp on marketing and knows how to market her products to make them sound unreal. The way they big up this Magic cream, like it's some magic in a bottle that you NEED to apply before your makeup. Is bull crap. Sadly I drank the kool aid and fell for it. Not only did I buy the magic dreams skin care set. Which had the night cream in a small size (far too oily and super thick, which I'm going to review separately) but also a full size of the Magic cream. I also bought the youth star set which had youth glow and a small size of Magic cream. So I have it in small size and the big full size jar of it. Which both have whooping extortionate price tags on them. 😨😨😨 And I'm sad to say, neither are worth the money. Firstly when I opened the jar and smelt it. My first reaction was "it smells like some old floral cream your gran would wear back in the 90's" After you get past the smell, the cream itself is very thick. And although it does absorb quickly into the skin, it is quite oily. Perfect if you have really dry skin like myself. Maybe not so if your an oily gal. Doesn't do much for the skin overall. For the same price you can get votary super seed nutrient cream which is FAR SUPERIOR or Omorovicza illuminating moisturiser. I think it's just average. Nothing special. I'd repurchase if the price was A LOT LOWER. But at today's price, I'd sadly never recommend anyone to buy it. Don't fall for the marketing campaign like I did. Save your cash 💰 Show less
