This lash primer defiantly is one of my top buys and is perfect when you wear an Urban Decay mascara over the top. All you have tondo is apply it just before you out on your mascara and when you do, your eyes look a lot fuller and I find not as many eyelashes fall out. It doesn't take long to dry and when you apply your mascara, it doesn't go grey!
