I’ve been on a quest for the ultimate waterproof mascara for years..... unfortunately I still am. This product is definitely waterproof, lashes don’t clump and flaking is minimal, all sounds good so far! The problem for me is that my lashes feel crispy and after a few hours it annoys me. Probably wouldn’t buy again, I’d go back to Tarte Lights, Camera Splashes Show less
