This is a cream gel eyeliner, but it has quite a lot of glide to it, although I wouldn't say it's greasy. I believe it comes in many colorful shades, 33 in total, from mattes to more shimmery ones, but usually you'll find basic brown, taupe and black in most online stores that sell Inglot. Of course if left open it will dry out.
