When I first got my eyeliner, it was reasonably creamy and easy to apply without dragging the skin. The colour pay off was good and it did stay put. I did find it had a shelf life though, as after 12 months it became noticeably harder (regardless of how much it was sharpened). S...
When I first got my eyeliner, it was reasonably creamy and easy to apply without dragging the skin. The colour pay off was good and it did stay put. I did find it had a shelf life though, as after 12 months it became noticeably harder (regardless of how much it was sharpened). So I did end up decluttering it a couple of months ago.
