I don’t think these type of products are spoke about enough. After having two pregnancies within three years both my hair and nails suffered from it. I mean literally my nails break at anything so I needed to strengthen them somehow. My mum told me to get this yes it’s orocey but wow it works. It like it gives your nails an exterior of steel lol my nails are much much stronger and don’t break at the stroke of a hat. They work over polished nails too. Definitely glad I have it Show less
