I use a sponge normally but was recommended by a makeup artist to use a foundation brush instead and this one in particular. It does well when you want higher coverage so better than a doing for this. However, I find it streaky and I always used to get this when using foundation brushes in the past. I tend to use this to layer the foundation but go over with a sponge at the end to smooth any uneven patches. It wasnt quite the perfect brush I was after so won't buy again but will keep using when I want extra coverage. Show less
