This is a fine grain cream that you leave on for a couple of minutes. It feels quite nice to use as it is so creamy compared to other exfoliators but it doesn't appear to do anything special to my skin. I've tried it on a regular basis and I haven't seen any difference from using this to other more affordable exfoliators.
