Olaplex is expensive compared to the average shampoo. However it definitely performs much better than any drug store alternative. It is highly concentrated which means you do not need a huge amount to wash your hair. I usually take a small amount and rub both hands together to spread it and then apply it to my hair. Despite it being free from parabens and sulphates it lathers up amazingly. I like to apply shampoo twice and the second time a smaller amount is needed. I use this in conjunction with the conditioner. My hair is genuinely breaking less and more importantly for the first time in my life it remains frizz free. I have tried numerous products to minimise frizz and nothing compares to this product. My hair feels soft and silky smooth. This product has made an unbelievable change to my hair. Show less
