It does what it says but I find it a little oily. I have sensitive eyes and it didn’t affect them but left a slimy/greasy feeling behind. Here’s the odd thing, it removed my eyeshadow and liner but mascara was more of a challenge: doesn’t bode well when my mascara is the same bra...
