Use this everytime I go on holiday for the first week. I never burn and it's an amazing product, it's quite pricey but worth it. After the first week for my last week I lower the factor to 6 for 2 days and for the other five I keep reapplying a factor 2 oil. I only apply the p20 once and I go in the water regularly too. It's a really good product.
