I chose to use these products because they are made with natural ingredients and free from nasties that are in other shampoos. It took a while for my hair to adjust, at first it tangled up on contact and my hair felt elastic so I couldn't easily wash the product out. Fast forward a few months and my hair is well behaved with this shampoo. After my shower my hair gets tangled easy and it's hard to comb out but this just seems to be my new 'normal' and I don't think it's the products. I used this with the conditioner and I do think my hair is slightly more bouncy but this has faded by the next day unfortunately. Show less
