Hi everyone hope you are well, I'm new here so wanted to say hello and also I am interested in other people's advice about using Primer. I stopped wearing a lot of makeup through lockdown but have recently started again but I've noticed since starting again I am getting a few spots which I don't usually suffer with, so has anyone got any advice on if it might be from primer and which primers are best and how best to apply. Thank you and I look forward to joining in with everyone and reviewing products.

Hi! I've had the same issues since I started wearing makeup again. I think it's because your skin got used to less product during lockdown so I think it's normal to get some breakouts when you start back up with a routine again. Is the primer new or has it been in your collection a while? It could be the product has expired, maybe try another primer and see if you get the same result. I love the Bobbi Brown face base, it works as a moisturizer and a primer so you get the best of both worlds and my makeup always sits beautifully ontop of it, although it is a little pricey I think it's on sale atm :)

Hi welcome to Glamgeek! How are you applying your primer?? Brush sponge? I break out once my skin has been free of makeup and it’s just about getting back to it 😊 x
