I use this nail treatment to boost the growth of my nails often before a special occasion when I’ve broken one. It is a thick clear liquid that gives the nail a slight sheen. It certainly makes my nails feel stronger and I’m less likely to damage them. I’m not sure if it speeds up the actual growth but my nails do feel healthier. I use this pretty regularly and have bought it many times as it’s the best one I’ve tried. I’m taking off one star as the bottle lid often is very difficult to undo. Show less
