A friend reccomended this to me as I have had my hair highlighted a lot lately to get from copper to blonde (u can imagine the damage) I generally have really healthy hair and I had noticed some breakage and whisky bits so I decided to give it a go... I really like it. I feel like my hair doesn't feel as damaged and stressed and although I wouldn't necessarily use it all the time I think it's good when having harsh treatments to protect it!
