From Philosophy's website: "whisper of fresh air accord which mingles with watery melon, jasmine petals and gentle orange blossom at the heart, and comes to rest atop a warm base of creamy vanilla, rich sandalwood and sugared musk." ... OK, I could pick out jasmine and a warmth but I don’t have the best of noses. Back in the day, when Philosophy could only be found on QVC I loved these shower gels. Then John Lewis started to stock them and my husband would buy these for me and my daughter for Christmas. Then Boots started to sell the brand and the bottom kind of dropped out because most customers awaited the January sales to buy them really cheaply and, I think, the brand then became undervalued. This bottle, I’m pretty sure has been in my daughter’s ownership since the halcyon days of JL stock and was a casualty when she returned to Uni this Autumn. So, not wanting to waste it, I took ownership and must say I’ve been enjoying it though I think it’s too light and floral to be classed as a Winter fragrance. Would I repurchase? Maybe, for the right price. Show less
