Niacinamide has transformed my skin, evened out my complexion and I get way fewer acne outbreaks than I used to. I switched to this one after using the Ordinary which I love but it stings me a bit and so I wanted to try something new. This one, even though cheaper, seems to be a more rounded formula and even though it contains some fragrance, it is quite a gentle smell and despite it, it is also gentler to my skin I feel like. I now prefer this one over the Ordinary one and have already repurchased my second bottle. It also sinks in the skin better and is more watery. I'm sorry this is a bit of a comparison but all in all, what you need to know is that this serum is a real staple in a skincare routine and I would recommend it to any skin type. Of course, there is a possibility that some people might have sensitivity to the fragrance but I have very sensitive skin and it's been great for me. Show less
