I recently bought soft ochre to try since before I used to use concealer as primer but this really does make a difference, eyeshadow sticks super well to it and blends better too I've noticed, it's a bit pricey in my mind but that's just because I'm not used to buying primer however it's an extra step that really is worth it and benefits your final look loads so I will be buying more when I'm done with my current paint pot.
