A little goes a long way. Just bought my second one. The first once lasted almost 3 years. Very smooth and dewy. Freindly to more mature skin. Doesn't cake. Luminous indeed. A soft subtle glow, very classy. Your going to get what you pay for. Worth the investment in my eyes. Cheaper highlighters have run out fast, fall apart, harder to use, cake up and end up drawing attention with creasing. Not so good. You don't have any of those issues with this. It's very gentle to my skin too. It hardly feels like there's anything there. I would say try it out. Show less
