I received this as a Christmas present. I have blonde hair which has been died from a medium brown. My hair was damaged and the back of my hair was so much shorter which was annoying tying my hair up. I use this shampoo every other day and my hair is a lot healthier, has grown (not much but there has definitely been a growth) and more glossy.
