This conditioner did make my hair super soft, but I was hoping it would help with split ends more than it did. Other shampoos (even ones that don't directly claim to reduce split ends) perform better. This brand is also hella expensive, and even though they are excellent quality, for me its not worth it when there are more affordable alternatives like John Frieda Go Blonder shampoo and conditioner Show less
