AHAs may increase your skin's sensitivity to the sun, so it is recommended that prior to exposure to the sun, users cover areas where AHAs have been applied with a sunscreen, wear protective clothing, and limit sun exposure for a week afterwards. Contact of the product with the skin must be of limited frequency or duration.
