LOLA Make Up Powder Brush

I’m loving this brush so far, I have been using it for a couple of weeks now, and have found it to be the perfect finishing brush. It’s really great for setting my foundation with powder, and then right at the end with a setting powder to set my whole makeup look. This brush is so soft, large enough to swipe over my face in seconds leaving a very even, airbrushed finish! It’s great!

This brush is excellent for that final swipe of powder, not so much for those smaller areas around the nose and under the eyes. It is so big you'll be finished powdering in a few seconds. I have to say, regardless of the large size, it is one of the best powder brushes I have come across, it's so soft, performs well overall and the added bonus is that it's vegan! My makeup appears to be less cakey since switching to using my older brush for the smaller areas and finishing with this. I would definitely recommend.

When I powder my face I tend to use focused brushes around my nose, chin and under eyes and a larger fluffy brush for the rest of my face. This brush is great for that. When I first recieved it in the packet I thought it would be a rounder brush, but it is actually flatter which I prefer. It means you can just pat the side of the brush against your base and it isn't going to disturb that base much. The brush is really big and so soft and fluffy I was immediately impressed with it. I used the brush when I was working with cream face paints as they have to be set quite heavily and the brush worked amazingly for me. Due to the shape of the brush, as talked about above, it didn't disturb the paint or shift it around while trying to set it. The large surface area of the brush meant it could pick up plenty of powder and distribute it well over my face. I've really enjoyed using it. Also when it came to washing the brush, it cleaned well and didn't lose its shape. My only wish with Lolas brushes would be that the handles could have the brand on them. I know that with those of us with a growing brush collection it can be hard to keep track on what brush is from what brand without the branding being on the handles.

I use this brush to set my makeup in place. The brush is easy to hold it picks up my powder and actually distributes it onto my face rather than swirl the product. It felt so smooth on my face where sometimes with powder brushes they can be w bit prickly this was just soft. It’s not too big for my face either which is great and actually worked well under my eye area to set concealer :) fantastic powder brush
