So I bought this eye pencil for a change from another high end brand I always use , and couldn't believe how soft on the eye it is , not scratchy at all , the colour is high in pigment and stays on all day , I learnt a new trick to line the waterline on upper eye ( the underneath ) for an illusion that the eye lashes are fuller ...I love it and want all the colours , again the price is affordable .. very nice liner
