Liz Earle Instant Boost Skin Tonic

There's something about liz earl products that just make your skin naturally radiant and this definitely does that has a nice scent also and really makes your skin look fresher and youthful.

Firstly, I like the packaging of this product, it’s typical of Liz Earle. It’s a little on the more pricey side but worth it. My skin type is dry, dehydrated and sensitive. This product left my skin feeling much more softer & hydrated. In regards to my sensitive skin it didn’t irritate it at all or cause any adverse reactions. I really love the scent of it, it’s beautiful, it smells so spa like with a hint of baby talcum powder scent to it. I apply a little of this onto a cotton wool pad & apply to my face. I use it after cleansing my face & prior to my serum and/or moisturiser. After usage my skin is much more hydrated, feels more softer & more refreshed. It also leaves my dull skin looking much more brightened. It doesn’t contain any alcohol which is always good & is gentle on the skin. I would definitely recommend this as well as repurchase it!

When I use this product I feel like I’ve been at the spa. It smells gorgeous. Love the botanical scent. A great toner to add in some hydration and refresh and soothe the skin. Love pairing with LE products for a proper at home facial

I love this skin tonic, it is very hydrating and refreshing, I do not use it with a cotton pad but i just tip some into my hands and pat onto my face. Its cooling and feels like it is doing good, my skin looks bright and healthy

Firstly the smell is divine. I love it. It is a floral smell. The pro is that it is soothing. I like to press the cotton pads over eyes and inhale the wonderful aroma. I dont find it drying or have found my skin reacting (i do use more heavy futy toners though so maybe skin is less senstive now)However the packaging is ridiculous. A big screw lid that normally results in pouring way more than needed onto cotton pad. They have a spray option which i love to use in the summer months. Spritzing throughout the day. I think there are probably better products, maybe even cheaper but I do love the spritzing and smell in the summer months .

In this heat this is the perfect product in the spray bottle but unfortunately, I have the bottle that you pour out the required amount. And it lives in my fridge – no I am not posh enough to have a skincare fridge, it just lives in my normal fridge. Why, because it helps with the itchiness of my skin from the day and night’s heat. Not only does this help with the itchy skin it also helps to reduce the heat and stickiness of my skin. I use it morning and night after cleansing my face with Cleanse and Polish. My skin feels softer and plumper after using it. Some days I feel as I don’t need to apply my moisturiser if I am stopping in the house. On the days that I am out and about I will apply my UltraSun 50+. I use a dry cotton pad and wipe it all over my face, neck, décolleté and behind my ears as I find I am perspiring there too. If I had the spray bottle, I would spray my face whenever I felt sticky and hot.

I used this in conjunction with the hot cloth cleanser and my skins tone has improved as I have fewer bumps and a much smoother surface. I can't say for sure if that is due to this or the cleanser or both. The problem I have is recently my spots have come back and this is frustrating as I was really thinking these products together had eliminated my spots. Will probably buy again and hope for results like before. It smells fresh and pleasant and is not tingly or drying on the skin. You get a lot of product but it isn't cheap.

Despite trying many other toners, this is what I gravitate to in the end. It is light and not tingly (due to no alcohol). I like to use the spritzer too on a hot day.

I am a firm fan of this product. The first one I bought came in a spray bottle so I now decant refills into that as I find it so much easier to give a spritz to my skin after using cleanse and polish. It smells divine and leaves the skin feeling really refreshed and toned. Also good for a quick refresh when you get hot. It's full of good ingredients including calendula, cucumber, rose scented geranium and naturally sourced vitamin E to revitalise, soothe and leave skin feeling more radiant.

I love this! It's light, refreshing and has a really gorgeous smell, feels very luxurious and spa-like. I use all the Liz Earle skincare products and this is one of my favourites, especially after the hot cloth cleanser. I have purchased this a few times and will continue to do so.
